A little about me and my artwork…..

I began my artistic journey in early 2024 after stepping away from a 22-year corporate career due to emotional burnout and anxiety. Painting became my sanctuary and a means to practice mindfulness. It calmed my thoughts and ignited a passion within me, which resonated with others.

My love for creating family illustrations grew as I realised the beauty in capturing moments and celebrating connections. My artwork often depicts people walking away, emphasizing the emotions and connections conveyed through body language, such as leaning towards each other, holding hands, and synchronised steps. I strive to capture the idiosyncrasies that make us all unique and beautiful.

I also adore painting your pets; they are after all another beloved member of our families and each have their own quirks, expressions and character. I aim to capture these in every illustration I paint.
